1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Petti ("the Service"), operated by Petti ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Petti is a management platform designed for pet sitters, dog walkers, and pet care professionals. The Service provides tools for scheduling, client management, pet profiles, task tracking, photo sharing, and business analytics. Petti does not directly provide pet sitting services and is not responsible for the quality of care provided by its users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Petti, including pet photos, client information, and notes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service. We will not sell your content to third parties.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and brand elements, is the property of Petti and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
